Main Terms :

Every new student is offered one free trial class with no payment required.

After the trial, you may freely decide whether to continue or stop.

You are welcome to choose the number of classes and hours per month that suit your schedule.

If needed, teachers can be changed to ensure the best possible learning experience.

Students should not share payment or personal contact details directly with teachers.

Attendance Policy :

If you need to reschedule, please inform the support at least 1 hour before class.

Classes missed without notice cannot be rescheduled.

If a teacher is late or absent, the class will always be made up.

Both students and teachers are expected to attend on time.

If a teacher is frequently late or absent, the support will arrange a replacement.

Progress Reports

Progress reports are available any time upon student request.

We also collect your feedback regularly to keep improving our services.
